Pink is coming back with a vengeance. Shades from the palest hue of "almost" pink to the vivid intensity of candy floss. For those who love pink this is great news, you're going to be able to swim in pink. If you don't love it now, you may just find yourself falling in pink love by the time spring is here.
Goodnight Macaroon sweater // AG Jeans // Bag similar here and here / Baublebar Crispin Earings // Shoes (old) similarhere // Celine Sunnies
This sweater from Goodnight Macaroon is a great transitional piece to wear now, into spring and beyond, with it's pastel pink hue and light but cozy fit. It's super soft and not at all heavy. The flared sleeves, lace up detail and high low hemline has on-point trendiness stamped all over it. Plus it's super cute. The soft pale pink looks great with neutrals as well as a contrasting color such as blue jeans shown here.
It also comes in grey, red and a military green and is currently on sale for $39.99. In addition to this look, I wear this sweater with the new skinny style joggers that are very trendy right now, boyfriend jeans as well as slim fit capri pants - all of which are outfits I can wear endlessly for at least three more months here in Arizona, and I bet it looks darn cute with shorts too for those cooler evenings when the overall temps warm up.
It's sold as a "one size" fits all (unfortunately), so it's best to check the measurements on yourself before ordering. I generally wear a size 6 or a medium in most other brands, so you can see from the photos how it fits on me. It's somewhat lose fitting so it's actually quite flattering.
I often add these studded blush pumps to my outfit when I wear pinks or neutral colors. They were one of my best shoe purchases from Nordstrom last year but sadly no longer available. They're a great dupe for the Valentino Rock Stud pumps which are still very popular, extremely beautiful but rather costly for my budget.
Also, given that Valentines day is just around the corner this sweater is the perfect treat for yourself, and perhaps your bestie, especially since it doesn't add calories and it's on sale!
