AG jeans similar here // White long sleeve top similar here // Leather jacket old, similar here // Adidas Superstar sneakers // Baublebar choker // Ray-Ban sunnies // Lululemon bag old (it's called the Essentials Bag, and you can sometimes find them on Ebay) Leather jackets were not my thing until recent years. Then I was carried away on the tidal wave of leather jacket mania. But still, in my opinion the moto style leather jacket is not the most comfortable, cozy or warmest of outer garments, but it sure is fashionable, and has remained so despite itself! Nevertheless, I've grown very fond of it when put together with certain looks. Years ago, this type of jacket always made me feel boyish or loutish - not anymore. I made peace with it at some point. Probably once I found the best way to style it, then I found my leather jacket happy place. Leather jackets and jeans go together like peanut butter and jelly, which means that whatever age you are, the chances are you're going to like it in some way, shape or form! Every piece of this outfit is a classic item that's been around for donkey's years. That's what makes it ageless and wearable at any age. You may not want to wear your jeans ripped, and your shoes may not be Adidas Superstar sneakers, but whatever style of jeans you pick, or sneakers you prefer (even high heels look great), you've got a classic style that will speak volumes - something I've come to realise rather late in life! The white t-shirt and aviators always go hand in hand with this style. I love the exact same outfit with high heel pumps too, even with a pop of color like red, or a leopard print heel. The Baublebar choker is my latest addition to the look. It's loosely tied leather strands, the little bit of decoration in the form of tassels at the ends - it adds a little panache but not too much. Girls and leather go together, Make it faux and call it pleather. Throw on your blue jeans, take in the street scenes. It's all about fashion and there lies the passion! A little rap from yours truly!

Leather jackets have been really fashionable in the early 80's. The retro era was a time where the fashion sense of people were really heavy on the leather jackets. I though it was cool even. I think that they were really fashionable and perfectly exhibited the punk vibe back in those times. I love that people are bringing them back in today's fashion age. It is really true that history will only continue to repeat itself, I am glad that leather jackets are part of that.
