Ready for Christmas, I wish! It's a rare occurrence for me to be fully prepared for Christmas in advance of the actual due date, in particular the buying of gifts. Even less likely to be gift ready for those I know who celebrate Hanukkah since the due date for that is even earlier! You probably think I have a fear of deadlines... perhaps so!
At least I have the decorations up! Last year the hubby didn't erect the tree until it was so late I didn't have time to hang the baubles on it! We had a naked tree all through the holidays with the only consolation being that it's pre-lit so it sort of had it's underwear on!
With not too much time left before Christmas, and Hanukkah well underway, I'm sharing my last minute finds from in and around the high street and online! They're fun, trendy and even useful but none are over $60! You can click the pictures and shop the item straight from your screen if you so wish!
Starting out with a gift that serves a fetish of mine! This is the perfect gift for the avo lover like me. Saves wasting tons of plastic sandwich bags AND keeps your avocados from turning black longer! I'm avocado obsessed, so now we've got that out of the way, we can move on!
Pom beanies are trending big again this year and the great thing about making them a gift is that one size fits all! Here are three fabulously priced and super cute examples! How is it everything from Free People looks like cuteness overload, even a picture of a white beanie!
A faux fur scarf by itself or coupled with a beanie is always a welcome gift! Adding that fur element around the collar can totally glam up a cardigan, jacket or coat!
For the wine lover!Choose their favorite wine and cosy it up in this faux fur bottle cover. And just in case your recipient is concerned about having to polish off the whole bottle, this wine bottle stopper eliminates all the pressure!
This is a lovely gift for any of the girls in your life if they like wearing jewelry. It combines a choker, a necklace and the layering trend all at once, and adds just enough glimmer to dress up an outfit for day or evening!
I just love these bags! Such a great fun gift. Either color will look fabulous for any festive party or gathering, plus when you want to fancy up a pair of jeans during the day they add a certain romantic sass to your street style!
This recently published book was written by a friend of mine Lisa King and her sister Lauren Daniels. Between the two of them they have over 45 years of health and wellness experience and combined with their life experiences, they have co-written this helpful guide to get you on track for the life you've always imagined. Do you know someone who could use a little inspiration?
This Kate Spade desk diary is a bloggers dream. I've been using this exact diary throughout 2017 and will definitely be getting my 2018 very soon. Couldn't resist the cute little pencil case with supplies to complete the set!
This is one of Anthropologie's top selling monogram pieces. The letter is angled on the chain so it hangs off center for a more unique style!
Christmas ornaments make for a fun holiday gift that can last a lifetime. Pottery Barn have a variety of characterful gems that you can match with the personality of your recipient. There are many to choose from and I've linked four of my favorites that speak to me. For example the British red telephone box, oh how I miss those icons. The quirky little terrier, my favorite type of dog! The tennis racquet and ball, I own this one already, and the New York taxi - this one's for hubby, a little reminder of his birthplace!
We need an avocado ornament for those of us obsessed with avocados, plus it would look super cute hanging on a Christmas tree... just saying!
I truly hope the season is treating you well, and you have fun plans to look forward to with friends and family. Be safe if you are travelling, and stay warm if you have snow!
